The Legacy Center aka The Black house is the first acquisition of the historic African American founded and managed real estate crowdfund, the Tulsa Real Estate Fund. This magnificent 31,000 square foot state of the art economic empowerment hub in the heart of East Point, Georgia houses a contemporary co-working space and access to office amenities in addition to modern conference and training room facilities equipped with cutting edge technology, including app digital access control entry for members. In addition to the co-working membership model, the Legacy Center brings exciting wealth and financial services education classes, curated events and meetups to an underserved community. The Legacy Center will offer ongoing in-person and virtual trainings and masterclasses on everything from real estate investment and credit strategy to branding and marketing open to the public, taught by seasoned entrepreneurs and professionals.

Leaning heavily on the Tulsa Oklahoma Black Wallstreet philosophy of group economics, the Legacy Center exists as a result of the largest economic galvanization of members of the African American community in modern history. A Founders wall in the foyer of the Black House contains the names of all 10,000+ Tulsa Real Estate Fund founders as an homage to their early belief in the vision and the fruition that is, the Legacy Center. Additional phases of construction being completed at the Legacy Center include work on a leading edge film/ production studio facility and event space, where more design incorporations of reverence for the contributions of our investors and partners will be woven into the final design and forever cemented into the halls of this space.
